Keeping you informed
You should at all times be kept fully informed of the progress
of your matter and have a full understanding of what steps have
been taken in your matter, what steps remain to be taken, and
the reasons why those steps will be taken.
You should be provided with copies of all significant
correspondence and documentation coming into this office or going
out of this office in connection with your matter. This should
be done promptly after creation or receipt of those documents.
Duration of your matter
You should be informed by us of the approximate duration of your
matter and of any changes in that estimate as the matter progresses.
You are aware however that the time taken to conduct particular
legal matters can vary considerably due to factors outside this
firm’s control.
Legal costs
We will provide you with our legal costs agreement and scale of
charges. You should be aware that we charge our fees on a time
basis.
